If you have Tested Positive for Covid or have COVID symptoms:
ISOLATE: If you have Covid-19 and/or have symptoms, isolate for at least 5 days (day 0 through day 5). Day 0 is your first day of symptoms. If asymptomatic, day 0 is the day you got tested. If you are fever free and have improving symptoms, you can leave isolation after 5 full days.
MASK UP: You should continue to wear a well-fitting mask for 5 additional days (day 6 through day 10, including during training.
TEST: You should test again after 5 full days and fever-free (on day 6 or after). If positive, you should isolate for the full 10 days.
If you develop symptoms after your positive test result, your 5-day isolation period starts over. Day 0 is your first day of symptoms.
